What to keep in mind before submitting a proposal
Who can submit a proposal?
Anyone.
If you are a professional in the field, an expert, a trainer, basically someone who wants to share valuable content with an extremely selected audience, you are welcome! Submit your proposal today.
What is the duration of the sessions?
Individual Sessions
They typically last no longer than 30 minutes, including 5-10 minutes for audience questions.
Panels
Panels can last on average between 30 and 45 minutes depending on the topic and the type of audience it targets.
Workshops
Workshops have a minimum duration of one hour, but depending on the topic, they can also last for an hour and a half or two.
What should the proposal include?
We ask you to include as many details as possible, especially the title and a brief abstract of the topic you want to cover.
The format of Scale involves the audience suggesting the topics that will be presented on the conference stage, so we recommend proposing current and highly educational topics.
Commercial content, or content aimed at promoting a product or service, or more generally with little value, will not be considered.

By when do I have to submit my proposal?
In general, we accept new proposals up to two months before the conference.
